Candidates must hold a PhD, have a minimum of 15 years of teaching/research/industrial experience, including at least 5 years in leadership or administration, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and networking

Qualifications

• PhD is mandatory and preferred with a strong academic background.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop faculty and research initiatives.
• Excellent communication and networking skills for collaboration and partnerships.
