Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor academic calendars, timetables, teaching delivery, attendance, assessments and examinations.
• Supervise and mentor faculty and department heads; coordinate recruitment, induction and performance reviews.
• Oversee practical learning, laboratories and clinical training arrangements in coordination with relevant departments and training partners.
• Coordinate university and regulatory documentation, inspections, records and compliance requirements.
• Manage student discipline, grievances, academic counselling and parent communication professionally.
• Coordinate admissions planning and student support with the admissions team.
• Monitor departmental resource requirements and budgets, and report progress to management.

Provide hands-on academic and administrative leadership, working with management, department heads, faculty and support staff to improve teaching quality, student outcomes and day-to-day college operations.
