Deluxe Shared Services in Bengaluru, India seeks a Principal SAP-FICO Analyst to drive the SAP Financials footprint, focusing on Controlling and reporting. You will map business requirements, design configurations, and coordinate with global teams to enable efficient month‑end close and profitability analysis.

You will lead workshops, document functional designs, and deliver training to end users while collaborating with SD, FI/CO, AM, MM and PS modules teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of SAP FICO experience with strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of GST and withholding tax implications.
• Experience in Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Orders.
• Experience in Profitability Analysis and Month End Close processes.
• Good understanding of integrations with SD, FI/CO, AM, MM and PS modules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAP FICO implementation and support activities focusing on controlling.
• Analyze complex business requirements and document functional solutions.

Title: Principal Fuctional Analyst SAP-FICO

Reports to: Sr Delivery Manager - SAP

Position Summary: This position is ideal for individuals who have the drive and desire to ‘make things happen’. It requires a highly motivated individual with attention to detail, having strong analytical and communication skills, having worked on Support rollout and implementation projects, If you are Having Strong Functional skills in SAP-FICO, then this role is perfect for you. This position is based out of Bangalore INDIA.

Outcomes and Accomplishments

As a Principal Functional Analyst SAP-FICO, you will:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials (focus on FICO Controlling – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close.)
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Design, customize, configure and test FI/CO modules.
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
• Work self-directed and independently

What You Bring:

• Expertise in SAP FICO with 4 to 8 Years of experience.
