WSP is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead Civil & Structures within the Rail team in India. The role requires 12+ years of rail infrastructure experience, including UK/AU designs associated with level crossings and lineside civils, plus CSR systems expertise.

You will guide technicians and BIM Modellers, coordinate CSR systems across disciplines, and drive design quality while managing budgets and schedules. Chartered status or equivalent is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Masters in Structural Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 12+ years’ experience in Rail infrastructure.
• Current competencies with relevant Rail Authorities (e.g. VLine, Network Rail, MTM etc).
• Ability to build strong working relationships.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as being a self-starter able to work unsupervised.
• Deep understanding of CSR systems and their role in rail operations.

• Mentor Junior Engineers and BIM Technicians.

WSP is looking for Principal Engineer –Civil & Structures Team who can lead the Projects. Significant experience in Railway Industry of which at least 12+ years’ experience in the UK/AU Designs which includes level crossing design projects and lineside ancillary civils designs along with cable trough management (CSR) are essential.

Responsibilities
