Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced ASIC Design Verification lead to drive verification of IP/Block/Subsystem across projects. You will oversee test plan creation, SystemVerilog/UVM testbench development, and sign-off processes, working with global teams.

The role demands leadership to mentor a team of DV engineers, ensure coverage goals, and coordinate across interfaces to deliver first-pass silicon. Strong communication and RTL debugging skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MS/MTech or BS/BE in Electronics with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience with IP/Block/Subsystem level verification.
• Experience with AMBA protocols AXI/AHB.
• PCIe/NVMe/DDR protocol knowledge and related controllers.
• Proven track record of Verification Plan, UVM environment and test benches.
• Verilog and SystemVerilog proficiency.

Be part of ASIC Design Verification team responsible for verification of IP/Block or Subsystem.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To be part of a highly skilled ASIC Team working on latest technologies
• Responsible for overall IP/Block and Subsystem verification from Test plan creation, System Verilog/UVM testbench development to Sign-off
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of verification engineers
• Ensure first pass product through verification coverage and sign-off criteria
• Pair with similar domain specialists across other geographical locations on core technical initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• M.S./M.Tech, BS/BE (Electronics) with 10+ Years of experience
• Should have expertise in IP/Block/Subsystem level verification
• Experience with AMBA protocols like AXI/AHB
• PCIe/NVMe/DDR protocol knowledge and work experience on DDR/PCIe/NVMe controllers or similar IPs
• Proven track record of building Verification Plan, UVM Environment and Test Benches
• Experience with RTL debugging, Scoreboard, Assertions, Functional coverage coding and Code Coverage analysis
• Sound knowledge of Verilog and System Verilog languages
• This position requires good written and verbal communication skills as well a strong commitment and ability to work in cross functional and global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• NVMe protocol knowledge and experience with working on NVMe controllers
• Good exposure and familiarity with security related aspects (boot, ROM, FW protection, keys generation, etc.)
• Experience with using AI tools (Claude etc)
• Prior experience with managing a team of at least 5 DV engineers
• Experience with Technically leading an IP/Block to completion
