Requirements

• 12+ years of experience building and operating large-scale backend systems, including significant experience designing distributed systems in production environments.
• Prior experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and building backend systems using Golang ( ourprimary backend programming language) or equivalent experience in Java, Python, or C++.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, consistency models, asynchronous architectures, and system reliability.
• Experience building and operating high-availability services in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong experience diagnosing and solving complex system problems related to performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Experience designing data models and storage systems using relational and NoSQLdatabases.
• Strong technical communication skills with the ability to influence engineers and stakeholders across teams.
