Job summary

WSP India is seeking a Principle/Senior BIM Technician to join the Structural team in Bengaluru. The role involves producing detailed structural modelling and drawings in REVIT/Tekla Structures, with strong CADS RC Detailing and AutoCAD knowledge.

Candidate will lead reinforcement drawings, align with Netherlands Team for deadlines, and ensure documentation control. Mentoring under Team Leader or Principal BIM may be part of the role, with opportunities to develop BIM templates and libraries.

Qualifications

• Experience in producing structural modelling and drawings using REVIT/Tekla Structures.
• Strong background knowledge of CADS RC Detailing and AutoCAD.
• Experience adhering to BIM standards and maintaining document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of Engineering/Reinforcement Drawings using WSP CAD/ BIM Standards and Templates.
• Agree priorities & deadlines with Netherlands Team, organize work to ensure timely delivery.
• Align work with Quality requirements and maintain Document Control for all work.
• Proactively raising queries, identifying necessary inputs from others & following up.
• Develop templates and libraries for CAD / BIM work.
• Role will be working under the supervision of Team Leader or Principal BIM as necessitated.
