Job summary

PharmaACE invites an experienced analytics consultant to lead forecasting and insights engagements for global pharma clients from its Pune area. You will translate business objectives into analytical models, deliver actionable insights, and manage client relationships as the offshore project lead.

We seek 10+ years in Pharma/Life Sciences consulting, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and expertise in forecasting, analytics, and data storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Consulting.
• Strong expertise in Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, Business Analytics, or Advanced Analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical data assets such as Rx, Specialty, Longitudinal Patient, and Volume/Value datasets.
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Deep Learning techniques is an added advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and customer‑centric approach.

• Perform data exploration and visualization to generate actionable insights and support robust model deployment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the engagement.

What We’re Looking For
