UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) seeks a Principal Associate – Demand for a fashion & lifestyle e-commerce platform in Bengaluru. The role focuses on owning monetisation targets and building a robust brand pipeline to drive ad revenue.

You will pitch and convert brands for advertising solutions, create media plans, and coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end campaigns, while tracking performance and addressing gaps monthly.

Qualifications

• MBA from a Tier 1/2 college.
• 4–7 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 2 years of BD/Sales experience in a digital company.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, self-driven and ownership-oriented.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritisation skills.

• Own and deliver monetisation targets for the assigned category
