Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) is seeking a dynamic Category & Business Leader to own the demand side for a high-growth Sports, Footwear & Athleisure category. MBA preferred and 8–12 years of experience in E-commerce/Retail/FMCG.

You will lead P&L, pricing, merchandising, and data-driven growth initiatives, while mentoring a 5+ person team and collaborating with Marketing, Product, Tech, and Supply Chain to accelerate category activation.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in E-commerce / Retail / FMCG.
• Strong P&L and revenue management experience.
• Experience managing mid-sized teams.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to Sports / Footwear / Athleisure is preferred.

Responsibilities
