Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Principal Architect for Enterprise Applications to define and drive the technology stack across IT ecosystems. You will act as the SPOC for architecture, coordinating with internal teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions and governance throughout the lifecycle.

You will guide design discussions, mentor junior architects, and evaluate emerging technologies for integration, while aligning with Genpact standards and best practices in enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in computer engineering, computer science or information technology.
• Advanced English proficiency and client-facing experience preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise application architectures and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Finalizing technology stack for IT ecosystem initiatives to meet business needs.
• Serve as single point of contact for architecture and coordinate with customer IT, Infosec, data privacy, and delivery teams.
• Ensure architecture governance across the application development lifecycle and adherence to standards.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprint; define requirements, standards, and guidelines.
• Lead design discussions, mentor junior architects, and stay current with industry trends.

Job Description

• Finalizing technology stack for various initiatives within the IT ecosystem of Genpact to meet business requirement.


• You will function as a SPOC for architecture and liaise with internal Genpact customer\\business IT Infrastructure team, Infosec team, Data privacy team and delivery team to ensure accurate solution design, and fitment to the requirement.


• You will have involvement in all architecture governance throughout the application development life cycles along with implementing all Genpact standards\\guidelines and standard methodologies for all architecture works.


• Develop and maintain the overall architecture blueprint for enterprise applications; Define technical requirements, standards, and guidelines for application development; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure enterprise solutions; Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for integration into existing systems; Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams; Ensure compliance with architecture principles and design patterns in all development projects; Conduct regular architecture reviews and make recommendations for improvements; Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in enterprise application architecture; Mentor and coach junior architects and developers in architectural best practices.
