Job summary

Vestian Global Workplace Services in Hyderabad is seeking a senior Architect/Project Lead to drive commercial interior fit-out projects from concept to delivery.

The role involves leading a team of designers, site supervisors, project managers and architects, coordinating with business development, design-build partners and clients to ensure on-time, quality project execution and optimized capital expenditure.

Qualifications

• B. Arch/M. Arch with 12+ years of industry experience in commercial fit-out.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to develop projects through the full design process from concept to delivery.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to take a project from concept to execution.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Multi-tasking with good time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel to sites/client meetings as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and drive process development.
• Direct a team comprising interior designers, site supervisors, PMs and architects.
• Identify and mitigate key business risks during launch operations.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Design & Build partners, technology/Finance teams and other internal support teams to plan and schedule projects.
• Manage client communications, engagement, and escalations during project development life cycle.
• Set up processes to streamline project management and execution to reduce project TAT and control capex.
• Establish RFP and bid management for new projects.
• Set up / manage / expand vendor network, negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and define service, quality and delivery SLAs.
• Demonstrate dynamic leadership and strong design development acumen.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading projects and process development
• You will direct a team comprising of interior designers, site supervisors, project managers, and architects.
• Hands-on leadership required to proactively identify and work towards mitigating key business risks associated with launch operations.
• Engage with all concerned stakeholders including Business development teams, project management companies, Design and Build partners, technology/Finance teams and other internal support teams to plan and schedule projects
• Manage customer communication, engagement, and escalations during the project development life cycle
• You will be required to set-up processes to streamline project management and execution to reduce project TAT and control capital expenditure
• Establish RFP and Bid management for new projects
• You will be responsible for Setting up / managing / expanding vendor network for different categories/ negotiate terms/ Finalizing contracts/defining service, Quality and deliveries SLAs as per requirement.
• Dynamic and self-driven candidate with excellent design development acumen and presentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
