Job summary

Capco is seeking an Alteryx Developer in India to design and maintain Alteryx workflows that automate data extraction, transformation, validation, and submission for regulatory reports. You will integrate Alteryx with SQL databases and legacy systems to create seamless data pipelines and reduce manual tasks.

You will also develop Python/SQL scripts for automation of regulatory reporting processes, implement automated controls, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in banking/IT.
• Expertise in Alteryx (building complex workflows, error handling) and SQL (advanced querying).
• Proficiency in Python / other coding tools for data manipulation and Tableau/Power BI/ QlikSense for visualization.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate regulatory rules into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Train non-technical teams on Alteryx utilization ("code-free" analytics) and foster a culture of automation.
