The role requires expert Alteryx proficiency for data preparation, automation, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, plus effective communication with global agency finance teams. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate or above Degree with 6-9 years of experience in Data Analysis & Modelling.
• Minimum 5 years of expert-level proficiency with Alteryx for data blending, transformation, and workflow automation.
• Ability to communicate with both the team and management regarding the status of current project initiatives.
• Communicate with project lead regarding project health, status, and risks.
• Ability to work closely with team members on collaborative initiatives, both on individual projects and on teamwide projects.

Responsibilities

• Technical Data Analysis and Data Modelling: Proven experience in performing comprehensive data analysis, including trend identification, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling.
• Utilize Alteryx server to schedule, monitor, and manage workflow execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and workflows.
• Document data processes and workflows for knowledge sharing.
• Knowledge of Python and API usage is a plus but not required.
• Working Knowledge on Gen AI will be added advantage.
• They should be able to reverse engineer solutions that may not be documented and clearly document their work.
• Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and manage project risks within and across teams.
• Escalate risks as needed and lead efforts to mitigate them.
• Ability to manage stakeholders expectations.
• Proficient in unit, integration, and performance testing regarding programs, automation, and engineering project life cycles.

Experience – 5 to 9 Years

Shift Timing – 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM (During Day light Savings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Hybrid Mode– 3 Days Work from Office per week

Mandatory Skills: Alteryx Designer, and tools (predictive, parsing, transforms), proficiency in SQL, and experience with data integration tools, Alteryx Server

About the role:

OGS India is seeking a Specialist (Data Analytics-Alteryx) with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong fair knowledge of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

As a Specialist skilled in both data analysis and data modeling. The candidate is expected to have expert-level Alteryx skills for data preparation, automation, and transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. Building analytical apps, macros, process re-engineering using Alteryx. We are also looking for a candidate with strong communication skills who is comfortable with presenting and proposing their own solutions and ideas. This role drives strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations.
