Eligibility Criteria

• Ph.D. in Law (mandatory)
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience in Law, or an equivalent senior academic/administrative role in a recognized law college or university (mandatory)
• Strong record of publications, academic contributions, or professional engagement in the field of law will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership to the college, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
• Oversee curriculum delivery, faculty performance, and compliance with regulatory bodies (BCI, UGC, affiliating university, etc.)
• Lead and mentor the faculty team, fostering a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement
• Manage institutional resources, budgets, and infrastructure effectively
• Encourage and support extra-curricular activities, moot courts, debates, seminars, and student clubs to promote holistic student development
• Build strong liaisons with the university, Bar Council of India, judiciary, and legal fraternity
• Ensure student welfare, discipline, and a conducive learning environment
