Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a quality-focused professional to act as the interface with customers during development and launch phases. You will own and govern APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP deliverables while driving risk management and launch readiness.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements, and tracking project quality KPIs to implement effective CAPAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred).
• Proven experience with quality tools and automotive quality processes.
• Exposure to IATF 16949 and PPAP is expected.

• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Hands-on Experience of PPAP, FMEA
• Knowledge of MSA, SPC, APQP and Structured problem-solving.
