Job summary

Freudenberg Group in India seeks a quality engineering professional to act as the quality interface with customers during development and launch phases. You will own and govern APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP deliverables.

Requires 5–10 years in automotive quality, hands-on PPAP/FMEA, IATF 16949 knowledge, and strong leadership to drive risk management and cross-functional collaboration. This role demands execution across multiple projects and adherence to internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in Automotive Industry.
• Knowledge of Quality tools.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Hands‑on Experience of PPAP, FMEA
• Knowledge of MSA, SPC, APQP and Structured problem‑solving.
