Job summary

Freudenberg invites experienced quality professionals to join in India. You will act as the quality interface with customers during development and launch phases, own and govern APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan and PPAP deliverables, and drive risk management across multiple projects.

You will ensure compliance with IATF 16949, track project quality KPIs and lead corrective and preventive actions to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, mechanical/automobile preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in Automotive Quality.
• Knowledge of quality tools and standards.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with APQP, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans.
