Role Description The Preschool Teacher will design and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences that promote holistic development in young children. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging lessons, managing classroom routines, observing and documenting child progress, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum implementation, communicate regularly with families, and participate in ongoing training and school events. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalyan, requiring consistent presence during school hours and active participation in the school community.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working in preschool or kindergarten settings.
• Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons, with skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Pre-Primary Teaching, or equivalent.
• Patience, empathy, and a child-centric teaching approach, with commitment to play-based and inquiry-led learning.
