Sofia Public School seeks an experienced Preschool Centre Head to lead the launch and day-to-day management of a new preschool centre. You will be responsible for building a strong team, ensuring high-quality teaching, and driving enrolment and parent engagement.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in preschool/early years education with leadership experience, excellent communication, and a warm, child-centric approach.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Preschool Centre Head to lead the launch and day-to-day management of our new preschool centre. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, confident in managing people, and capable of building a strong centre from the ground up.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in preschool/early years education.
• Previous experience as a Centre Head, Academic Coordinator or Preschool Manager.
• Experience in setting up or launching a new preschool is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education and play-based learning.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Warm, approachable and child-centric personality.
• Highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable handling both educational and business responsibilities.
