Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Presales Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution design for Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain opportunities. You will work with sales, delivery and customer stakeholders to craft competitive, scalable solutions.

The role requires 12+ years in SAP consulting and architecture, strong presales track record, and deep SAP Activate knowledge, data migration and security expertise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP consulting and solution architecture experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Proven presales, enterprise architecture and large RFP responses.
• Experience with greenfield, brownfield and phased rollout programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, integration, data migration and security.
• Ability to engage with CIOs, business leaders and senior customer stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and commercial solutioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities: discovery, workshops, RFP responses, proposals and presentations.
• Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Define target architecture across applications, integrations, data, analytics, security and technology.
• Develop solutions across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, Planning and Order Fulfilment.
• Position SAP solutions such as S/4HANA Manufacturing, PP/DS, EWM, TM, IBP, Digital Manufacturing, Ariba and SAP BTP.
• Prepare implementation approach, scope, effort estimates, resource plans, timelines, risks.
• Support sales with win strategy, demonstrations and commercial discussions.
• Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities.

Job Summary:

SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Architect will lead end-to-end solution design and presales activities for opportunities focused on Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain. The role will work closely with sales, delivery, SAP and customer stakeholders to develop competitive, scalable and commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead presales activities, including customer discovery, solution workshops, RFP responses, proposals and presentations.
• Design end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business requirements, SAP best practices and clean core principles.
• Define target architecture covering applications, integrations, data, analytics, security and technology.
• Develop solutions across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Transportation, Planning and Order Fulfilment.
• Position relevant SAP solutions such as S/4HANA Manufacturing, PP/DS, EWM, TM, IBP, Digital Manufacturing, Ariba and SAP BTP.
• Prepare implementation approach, scope, effort estimates, resource plans, timelines, assumptions and risks.
• Support sales teams with win strategy, solution differentiation, demonstrations and commercial discussions.
• Ensure alignment between proposed solutions, contractual commitments and delivery capabilities.
• Provide architecture governance and mentor presales and solution consulting teams

Required Skills and Experience :

• 12+ years of SAP consulting and solution architecture experience.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in presales, enterprise architecture and large RFP responses.
• Experience with greenfield, brownfield and phased rollout programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, integration, data migration and security.
• Ability to engage with CIOs, business leaders and senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, proposal writing and commercial solutioning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA and enterprise architecture certifications are preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, engineering or logistics industries is desirable.
