Job summary

Manpower India’s CSA practice invites a results-driven analyst to help clients make informed pricing, sourcing, and commercial decisions related to outsourcing and cybersecurity services.

You will work with global enterprises and service providers, delivering actionable insights, market intelligence, and pricing strategies through research reports, viewpoints, whitepapers, blogs, and webinars, while managing multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience of 2-4 years required.
• Education: Graduation; MBA preferred from reputed B-School.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engagements from business development through client delivery.
• Analyze market, pricing, and commercial data to generate actionable client insights.
• Advise clients on outsourcing pricing, delivery cost structures, and sourcing optimization.
• Interact with senior stakeholders across global service providers and enterprise clients.
• Develop research reports, viewpoints, whitepapers, blogs, and webinars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional analyst and consulting teams to deliver client projects.
• Support sales teams in solution positioning, commercial strategy, and proposal development.
• Mentor and contribute to team development initiatives.

In this role, you will help clients make informed pricing, sourcing, and commercial decisions related to outsourcing and cybersecurity services. You will work with leading global enterprises and service providers, delivering actionable insights, market intelligence, and pricing strategies.

Experience Needed : 2-4 Years only Education : Graduation from Reputed Institute/MBA from a reputed B-School preferred. Key Responsibilities :
