About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused Business Finance & Pricing Analyst to support Pricing strategy, deal commercials, profitability analysis, and business decision-making for our IT Services business. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Presales, HR, and Leadership teams to ensure sustainable growth, optimize margins, and enhance financial performance.

Required Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Pricing roles.
• Experience in IT Services, IT Consulting, Digital Engineering, ERP, Cloud, or Managed Services organizations, with exposure to US, ME and India markets
• Knowledge of offshore-onshore delivery models, rate card preparation.
