Qualificações

• Ability to identify credit risks during initial underwriting review.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze mortgage documents (loan apps, credit reports, appraisals, AVMs, statements, detail reports, lien reports, PACER).
• Assess borrower eligibility through Initial underwriting review.
• Verify documents and ensure accurate data entry in LOS.
• Conduct preliminary borrower assessments to determine loan eligibility.
• Order third-party reports like AVMs and property/bankruptcy reports.

Job Description:

Responsibilities/Expertise:

• Strong knowledge in reviewing and analyzing mortgage-related documents, including Loan Applications, Credit Reports, Appraisal Reports, Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), Mortgage Statements, Property Detail Reports, Open Lien Reports, and Bankruptcy PACER Reports.
• In-depth knowledge of the Initial underwriting review process, with the ability to assess borrower eligibility and identify potential credit risks.
• Perform comprehensive document verification and ensure accurate data entry and validation within the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Conduct preliminary borrower assessments based on the documentation to determine initial loan eligibility.
• Order third party reports AVMs, Property Detail Report, Open Lien Report, and Bankruptcy PACER Report.
