Starworth Global Soluitons is seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to review loan applications and determine borrower creditworthiness. You will research financial history, income, assets, and debts to support lending decisions and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth post-closing processes.

You will stay current with US residential mortgage underwriting regulations and VA-related guidelines to support compliant underwriting practices.

Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in Mortgage Underwriting (VA) or related field.
Strong understanding of US residential mortgage underwriting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in Post Closing procedures including VA funding fees calculation.
