Job summary

Starworth Global Soluitons is seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to join our US residential mortgage processing team in Chennai. The role focuses on end-to-end live underwriting, AUS review, and income/assets verification to determine loan eligibility.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of US mortgage underwriting, post-closing experience, and a graduation credential. Immediate joiners or those with a short notice period are preferred. Relieving letters are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US residential mortgage underwriting experience.
• End-to-end live underwriting experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of AUS and 4 Cs of credit.
• Income and asset underwriting experience.
• Post closing experience mandatory.
• Graduation mandatory.
• Immediate joiners / up to 15 days notice preferred.
• Relieving letter mandatory.
