Job summary

Sproutlings Pre School, a unit of Budding Stars (Opc), Bengaluru, is looking for a passionate early childhood educator to plan age-appropriate activities, ensure safety and hygiene, and engage children through storytelling, art, music, and play.

You will support holistic development, monitor behavior, communicate with parents, maintain records, and collaborate with fellow teachers to create a joyful, structured learning environment. Freshers welcome; diploma in ECE or Montessori preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or Diploma in any discipline.
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori or related field preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in a pre-school, nursery, or similar educational environment.
• Freshers with genuine interest in working with young children are encouraged to apply.
