Job summary

Teacher Pool in Bengaluru is seeking passionate preschool educators to join our Devanahalli classrooms. You will design and lead daily activities—circle time, sensory play, music and story hours—focusing on play-based learning and preschool milestones.

You'll build strong relationships with children and parents, document developmental progress using simple digital tools, and collaborate with seniors to refine routines and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma or Certificate in ECE.
• Proficiency in activity-based teaching methods.
• Experience in play-based learning environments.
• Strong communication in English and Kannada (spoken).
• Ability to manage group dynamics with patience and creativity.
• Basic digital literacy for attendance and observation tools.
• Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia frameworks (preferred).
• Fluency in Hindi or additional regional languages (preferred).
• Background in child development or psychology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support classroom organization, hygiene, and material preparation — ensuring a clean, safe, and stimulating environment at all times.
• Participate in teacher workshops, parent-teacher meetings, and school events — contributing to a joyful, inclusive school culture.
