Talent Destination in Bengaluru, India seeks a seasoned technocrat to lead pre-sales for 5G/4G private networks. You will architect end-to-end Private 5G/DPN solutions covering RAN, Transmission and Core layers, and translate requirements into techno-commercial BoQs and proposals.

The role demands hands-on experience with 5G SA/NSA, ORAN, gNodeB/eNodeB, and 3GPP standards, plus expertise in RF planning, CNF/VNF core networks, and data-center familiarity. Strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational background: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Master's degree (M.Tech / MBA-Tech) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Lead technical pre-sales engagements across G2G, G2B, B2B and D2B client interactions for 5G/4G private network opportunities.
• Architect end-to-end Private 5G / Digital Private Network (DPN) solutions spanning RAN (O-RAN based QGRAN), Transmission, and Core layers.
• Position 5G RAN capabilities — gNodeB/eNodeB architecture, O-RAN interfaces, spectrum and deployment models (SA/NSA, licensed/unlicensed/CBRS) — to technical and business audiences.
• Conduct RF link planning, coverage/capacity dimensioning, and network design for 5G/4G/O-RAN deployments across verticals such as Mining, Ports, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Campus, and Multi-Tenant environments.
• Develop techno-commercial solution documents, compliance matrices, and BoQs tailored to each vertical's connectivity and use-case requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Master's degree (M.Tech / MBA-Tech) is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on understanding of 5G SA/NSA architecture, ORAN, gNodeB/eNodeB, and 3GPP standards.
• Familiarity with RF planning tools, link budgeting, coverage and capacity dimensioning.
• Knowledge of SDN/NFV, CNF/VNF-based core networks (Open5GS or equivalent).
• Exposure to fiber network infrastructure (active and passive components), DOCSIS, or Data Centre architecture is advantageous.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation — solution proposals, BoQ designs, compliance matrices.
