Job summary

Left Right Mind is seeking a seasoned presales professional in Pune to translate customer needs into tailored demonstrations of Augmented IQ. You will configure live demo environments, lead webinars, and own the RFP/RFI process, presenting compelling technical narratives to diverse audiences.

The role requires a hands-on approach to AI/ML concepts, strong communication, and the ability to tailor pitches across industries including semiconductors, insurance, healthcare, and government.

Job description

What Youll Do

• Partner with sales to understand prospect needs and translate them into compelling, tailored product demonstrations
• Configure and customize Augmented IQ for live demos, POCs, and pilot engagements
• Lead and present customer-facing webinars, product walkthroughs, and technical deep-dives
• Own the RFP/RFI response process - coordinating inputs, writing compelling technical narratives, and ensuring on-time, high-quality submissions
• Act as a subject-matter expert on AI, Agentic systems, and how Augmented IQ solves real business problems
• Think on your feet in live client conversations - handling technical objections, follow-up questions, and edge cases confidently
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and stay current on new features
• Support solution across a range of industries (semiconductors, insurance, healthcare, government, and more), adapting the pitch and demo to each verticals context

Requirements

• 3-5 years of dedicated presales experience (total experience of 5-7 years considered)
• Strong communication and storytelling skills - able to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Natural sales instincts: reading a room, building rapport, and driving toward next steps
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, and enthusiasm for learning Agentic AI systems specifically
• Hands-on comfort configuring software for demo environments
• Proven experience responding to RFPs/RFIs, ideally in enterprise software or consulting contexts
• Strong problem-solving ability and composure under pressure
• Experience across multiple industries is a strong plus
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience.

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms, document intelligence, or data analytics tools
• Prior experience in a fast-growing consulting or SaaS environment
• Public speaking or webinar hosting experience
