Job summary

Sciens Software Technologies is seeking a senior pre-sales and bid-management professional in Hyderabad to own end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and lead AI/GenAI solution ideation, architecture and proposal execution. You will drive discovery workshops, craft executive summaries, and coordinate with sales, AI engineering, and delivery teams to present compelling, compliant bids.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in IT services, consulting, pre-sales, solution engineering, bid management or related roles.
• Demonstrated involvement in 810+ AI/GenAI proposals, RFPs/RFIs/RFQs or strategic pursuits.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents/agentic workflows, prompt engineering, embeddings/vector databases and enterprise AI architectures.
• Working knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and awareness of data, security, governance, API/integration and scalability considerations.
• Strong client-facing communication, storytelling, presentation, consulting and proposal defence skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple bids under tight timelines and work with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RFP/RFI/RFQ and proposal lifecycle from qualification and bid/no-bid through submission, clarification and proposal defence
• Lead solution discovery workshops and convert business requirements into AI/GenAI solution approaches, value propositions, roadmaps and architectures
• Develop proposals covering GenAI/LLMs, RAG, AI agents, intelligent automation, AI-enabled testing and enterprise AI use cases
• Coordinate sales, solution architects, AI/engineering SMEs, delivery, finance and commercial teams for integrated, compliant proposals
• Drive proposal planning, response matrices, governance, risks, assumptions and submission readiness
• Contribute to estimation, resource models, pricing inputs, scope assumptions, SoW and commercial constructs
• Prepare executive summaries, solution narratives, differentiators, case studies, presentations and demos/PoCs
• Build reusable AI proposal assets and response libraries; capture lessons learned to improve bid quality and velocity
