Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Presales Solution Architect – AI & Generative AI in Chennai to drive AI-led opportunities and design innovative AI solutions. You will collaborate with sales, delivery and domain teams to build compelling proposals, PoCs, demos and solution architectures for enterprise customers.

The role requires hands-on expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI Agents and related tooling, with a strong focus on cloud platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP) and governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in AI/GenAI presales and solution design.
• Hands-on knowledge of leading LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience in building proposals, PoCs and client-ready demos for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI solutioning for client opportunities and strategic pursuits.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify use cases and quantify business value.
• Prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and estimates.
• Design end-to-end AI architectures using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and automation.
• Build PoCs, demos, and reusable accelerators to support deal conversions.
• Conduct customer workshops and capability presentations.

The role involves working closely with sales, delivery, and domain teams to build compelling proposals, PoCs, demos, and solution architectures for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI/GenAI solutioning for client opportunities and strategic pursuits.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify use cases and define business value.
• Prepare solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and estimates.
• Design end-to-end AI architecture using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
• Build PoCs, demos, and reusable AI accelerators to support deal conversions.
• Conduct customer workshops, capability presentations, and solution discussions.
• Stay updated on emerging AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI trends.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutioning and presales.
