Requirements

• 1-12 years of SAP HCM experience and / or SuccessFactors certification / experience
• Experience of HR processes in a technical capacity – PA/OM, Payroll
• Should have worked on at least one implementation project
• Should have experience of working in large/disparate teams
• Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred.
