Job summary

Teacher Pool is hiring a Pre Primary Teacher for partner schools in Nelamangala, Bangalore, and near PES College, Mandya. The teacher should prioritize joyful, play-based learning fused with foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development for ages 3–6.

You will deliver daily age-appropriate lessons, create a warm, inclusive classroom, collaborate with center leads and parents to track milestones, and uphold health and safety standards while participating in training and school

Qualifications

• Graduation plus MTT/NTT/ECCE/D.El.Ed/B.Ed in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Pre School setting
• Proficiency in Play-Based Learning, Classroom Management and observational assessment

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily, age-appropriate lesson plans integrating storytelling, songs, crafts, sensory play, and outdoor activities to foster cognitive, motor, and emotional growth.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and structured classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respectful communication among young learners.
• Collaborate with center leads and parents to track developmental milestones and tailor individualized learning experiences.
• Ensure daily health, safety, and hygiene protocols are followed, including routine check-ins, sanitation, and emergency response readiness.
• Participate in teacher training, parent-teacher meetings, and school events to strengthen community engagement and pedagogical best practices.
