Job summary

Teacher Pool seeks a passionate early childhood educator to lead a pre-primary center in Mugalur Village, Karnataka. You will train 3–5 teaching staff using play-based and Montessori-aligned methods, coordinate with parents, and adapt curricula to local context to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of pre-primary center in Mugalur Village, ensuring safe, engaging, and pedagogically sound learning environment.
• Train, mentor, and supervise 3-5 teaching staff using play-based and Montessori-aligned instructional frameworks.
• Coordinate with parents and community stakeholders to improve attendance, engagement, and learning outcomes.
• Implement and adapt curriculum based on child development milestones and local context.
• Track child progress through observation logs, portfolios, and periodic assessments.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and resource management - including classroom materials, learning aids, and infrastructure upkeep.

Skills & Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education certification (D.El.Ed, B.Ed in ECE, or equivalent)
