About the Role
We are looking for a caring, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join our school in Bangarpet. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
The teacher will be responsible for supporting children’s intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development through age-appropriate learning activities and interactive teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities for pre-primary students.
- Create a safe, positive, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children.
- Teach basic concepts such as numbers, alphabets, colors, shapes, rhymes, and storytelling.
- Organize creative activities including art, craft, music, games, and group learning sessions.
- Monitor and assess student progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain attendance records, student portfolios, and classroom documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Encourage positive behavior, discipline, and good social habits.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.
Teaching & Child Development Skills
- Understanding of early childhood education principles.
- Ability to engage and manage young children effectively.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and creative teaching abilities.
- Knowledge of activity-based and play-based learning methodologies.
- Ability to identify and support individual learning needs.

Educational Qualifications
- PUC / 12th Pass with NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) Certification, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Montessori Training Certification preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may apply.
