Job summary

Intelizign Lifecycle Services is seeking a visionary Practice Head AI & Generative AI to shape and scale its global AI practice from India. You will define the AI strategy, lead enterprise AI transformation, build high-performing teams, and own AI solutioning and presales for manufacturing and engineering enterprises.

You will lead a versatile team across AI architecture, ML engineering, and data science, partnering with ecosystem players to drive growth, establish a COE, and deliver large-scale

Qualifications

• 18+ years in IT services.
• 8+ years in AI/ML leadership.
• 5+ years in Generative AI.
• Experience leading AI Practices or AI CoEs.
• Strong presales and solution architecture.
• Enterprise AI transformation.
• Large team leadership (50-200+ members).
• Global delivery experience.
• Manufacturing/Engineering domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI vision, roadmap, and GTM strategy.
• Build and scale the AI Practice across global delivery centers.
• Develop AI service offerings, accelerators, and reusable frameworks.
• Establish an AI Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Drive AI consulting and enterprise AI transformation engagements.
• Own AI presales, solutioning, and customer workshops.
• Lead enterprise AI solutioning including Generative AI, RAG, multi-agent systems.

AI Practice Leadership
