About the Role

Happiest Minds is looking for a seasoned technology leader to head our GenAI & Agentic AI Practice focused on either Azure AI or AWS AI. This leadership role will be responsible for practice growth, capability building, pre-sales, strategic partnerships, and successful delivery of enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

• Define and drive the AI practice vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
• Own practice growth, revenue, profitability, capability development, and customer success.

• Ensure high standards of quality, security, compliance, and Responsible AI adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles in Practice, CoE, or Technology organizations.
• Strong experience building and scaling AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation practices.
• Deep expertise in either: Azure AI ecosystem (Mandatory) OR
• AWS AI ecosystem including Amazon Bedrock (Mandatory)
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, Multi-Agent Frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, large deal pursuits, and client engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• Experience working closely with Microsoft or AWS partner ecosystems.
• Strong consulting and business development background.
