What You'll Own

• Draft press releases, media notes, speeches, leadership communications and other communication materials.
• Manage media relations, PR agencies, interviews and press outreach.
• Drive internal communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, town halls and employee communication initiatives.
• Develop and execute communication plans for launches, partnerships, announcements and key organisational initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure timely, consistent and effective messaging.
• Identify and develop compelling stories and narratives around initiatives and impact.
• Track media coverage, PR activities and communication performance, and provide relevant insights.
• Support the organisation's overall brand positioning and reputation-building through strategic communication.

What We're Looking For
