Job summary

Buckman is seeking an experienced corporate communications professional to lead integrated communications strategies across business functions in India. You will support leadership events, coordinate PR and marketing programs, and develop media relations while aligning with ESG goals.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and development of thought leadership content to enhance brand perception and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications or related field.
• Master's in Corporate Communications, Strategic Communications, or MBA with marketing focus preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or PR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated change and corporate communications strategies across internal functions (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, C-suite).
• Support town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic announcements.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to build awareness of new products and campaigns.
• Establish communication KPIs and dashboards and measure employee engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate PR and marketing programs with key internal stakeholders.
• Develop PR plans and maintain press release archives.
• Develop media lists and press kits; work with ESG initiatives in communications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

Job Responsibilities/Task to accomplish/Territory

• Deliver integrated change and corporate communications by developing strategies, tactics, and measurement across internal functions (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, C-suite)
• Support town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic announcements
• Partner with marketing and product teams to build awareness of new products and campaigns
• Establish communication KPIs and dashboards and measure employee engagement and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate PR and marketing programs with key internal stakeholders
• Maintain press release archive
• Work with strategic markets to develop media aligned with corporate goals
• Maintain and develop active press kits and media contact lists
• Develop PR plans
• Find and develop PR partners and agencies
• Work with SHE department to develop sustainability report
• Recommend ways to integrate ESG initiatives into regular communications
• Assist in customer sustainability questionnaires
• Develop thought leadership content.
• Coordinate LinkedIn communications.
• Monitor brand perception and external engagement
