Job summary

Ushakiron Movies in Hyderabad seeks an energetic PR Executive to coordinate day-to-day with the PR agency and press contacts, track coverage and support media-facing activities across its tourism and events verticals.

The role requires strong English writing and speaking skills, excellent organization, and the ability to coordinate across teams and external agencies to deliver timely press materials and coverage reports. Experience with media monitoring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with external PR Agency on press releases, media calendars, and coverage tracking.
• Draft and proofread press notes, media alerts, and briefing documents for review.
• Track daily media coverage and maintain coverage/clippings across print, digital and broadcast.
• Support press events, influencer visits, and media familiarization trips on ground.
• Coordinate with creative and video teams to support assets for press and media use.

Energetic PR Executive to manage day to day coordination with PR Agency and Press Contacts, track coverage, support media facing activities across RFC's, Tourism, Hospitality, and Event verticals.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with external PR Agency on press releases, media calendars, and coverage tracking.
• Draft and proofread press notes, media alerts, and briefing documents for review.
• Track daily media coverage and maintain coverage / clippings, log across print, digital and boradcast.
• Support press events, influencer visits, and media familiarization, trips on ground.
• Coordinate with creative and video teams to support assets for press and media use.

Preferred candidate profile

• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English, comfortable drafting press communication.
• Basic understanding of the media landscape (print, digital, broadcast).
• Highly organised, deadline - conscious, and comfortable coordination across team and external agency.
• working knowledge of Ms Office/ Google workspace for reports and trackers
