Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in PR, communications, or creative agency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing press releases, media pitches, PR plans, newsletters, and materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media professionals, influencers, and contacts.
• Support media outreach and execution of PR campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional events including press conferences, product launches, store openings, exhibitions, and media interactions.
• Research industry trends, media opportunities, competitor activities, and cultural developments.
• Identify media/influencer opportunities aligned with client objectives.
• Track media coverage and prepare reports on campaign performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution.

As a PR Executive, you will support the planning and execution of public relations campaigns across media, influencers, events, and digital communication channels. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, journalists, media professionals, and influencers to coordinate outreach and ensure PR initiatives are delivered effectively.

The role offers exposure to multiple brands, campaigns, and communication activities, making it well suited for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to develop strong expertise inmedia relations, brand communication, influencer marketing, and PR strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developingpress releases, media pitches, PR plans, newsletters, and communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media professionals, influencers, and relevant industry contacts.
• Support media outreach and execution of PR campaigns and brand communication initiatives.
• Coordinate promotional events includingpress conferences, product launches, store openings, exhibitions, and media interactions.
• Research industry trends, media opportunities, competitor activities, and relevant cultural developments.
• Identify potential media and influencer opportunities aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Support influencer outreach and coordinate campaign execution across social media platforms.
• Track media coverage and preparecoverage reports, campaign updates, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, media contacts, and external partners to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, meeting notes, campaign trackers, and monthly reports.
• Maintain organised databases of media contacts, influencers, coverage, and campaign activities.
• Stay updated on evolvingmedia, PR, communication, influencer marketing, and social media trends.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–2 years of experiencein Public Relations, Communications, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in aPR, communications, or creative agencyis preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent command of English.
• Good understanding ofmedia relations, PR processes, and the broader media ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing, social media, and digital communications.
