Zusammenfassung

Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP seeks a PPP Policy & Institutional Development Expert for Delhi to lead PPP policy and institutional framework work for MYAS and state advisory. You will review proposals, craft model frameworks, guidance notes, and SOPs, and advise on BOT/BOOT/DBFOT and revenue-sharing structures.

Experience: 7–12 years. Role encompasses governance assessments, capacity building for State Sports Departments, and policy development for sports infrastructure PPPs.

Qualifikationen

7 to 12 years of experience in PPP policy & institutional development.
MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) / PGDB (Finance/CA/CFA).
B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Aufgaben

Overall leadership in developing PPP policy, institutional frameworks, and MYAS, relevant state advisory.
Support development of PPP policy frameworks for sports infrastructure.
Review and evaluate state-proposed projects for PPP suitability.
Develop model PPP frameworks, guidance notes, SOPs, and toolkits.
Advise on PPP models including BOT, BOOT, DBFOT, O&M, revenue sharing, and hybrid structures.
Conduct institutional assessments and recommend governance structures.
