Qualifications

• Experience with Feasibility Reports, RFQ, RFP, DCA, Tariff proposals for PPP projects.
• Strong understanding of transaction document preparation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Expression of Interest for PPP (BOT/Captive) projects and evaluate them.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP based on feasibility reports, update figures and data, and evaluate submissions.
• Lead pre-bid activities, meetings, and provide clarifications with officials.
• Contribute to RFP preparation, issuance, and evaluation.
• Draft Concession Agreement and secure approvals; monitor conditions precedent.
• Prepare board materials and obtain government clearances, including security clearances.

Job Description

• Preparation ofExpression of Interest PPP (BOT/Captive) projects and its evaluation.
  
• Preparing RFQ onthe basis of the Feasibility Report and updated figures, data and statistics, etc.,scrutiny & evaluation thereof.
  
• Preparation forPre-Bid and other meetings, conducting the same, preparing replies/clarifications in consultation with officials of DPT.
  
• Participation in preparationof RFP, issuance, scrutiny and evaluation thereof.
  
• Contribution forpreparation of Draft Concession Agreement, finalize the same. Follow-up ofcompliance and scrutiny of conditions precedent and final closure.
