Job summary

Jade Global in India, Maharashtra, seeks an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to lead requirements sessions and map processes to Oracle EBS R12, focusing on Projects (PPM) and Grants Accounting (OGA).

The role requires strong SQL skills, knowledge of Payables and Cash Management, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Oracle Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12, including Projects (PPM) and Grants Accounting (OGA).
• Strong SQL skills with joins and subqueries on EBS core tables.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate requirement sessions.
• Familiarity with PBCS (Hyperion) is an asset.
• Good English communication; other IAEA languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of IPSAS or USGAAP is advantageous.

Job description

• At least 8 years work experience as Oracle Functional Consultant;
• Being able to handle multiple stakeholders with various demands, derive requirements, facilitate CRPs and other requirement sessions, analyze problems and provide solutions;
• Experience in Oracle R12 and strong direct PPM/OGA experience mandatory;
• In depth knowledge of EBS Financial modules including: Projects (PPM) and Oracle Grants Accounting (OGA) with good working knowledge of Payables (AP) and Cash Management (CM).
• Knowledge in building simple to medium-complexity queries in SQL (use of joins, subqueries, “filters”) utilizing EBS core tables/views as well as custom data models (e.g., ODI staging tables) mandatory;
• Knowledge in technical design, development, deployment and operation in Oracle ERP R12 is mandatory.
• Familiarity with IAEA EBS system, AIPS, is highly desirable.
• Good oral and written command of English is mandatory. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian and Spanish) is an asset.
• Familiarity with PBCS (Hyperion) an asset;
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, preferably with a good understanding of the requirements in the international public sector e.g. IPSAS or USGAAP standards is highly advantageous.
