Job summary

CTA Apparels in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, seeks a PPC Executive (Production Planning & Control) to plan and monitor garment export orders. You will coordinate with merchandising, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality, and dispatch to ensure on-time shipments.

The role requires a graduate or diploma in garment manufacturing or textile technology with PPC experience in a garment export house, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor production plans for garment export orders.
• Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality, and dispatch departments.
• Track daily production output against targets and monitor progress.
• Ensure timely shipment per buyer deadlines and follow up on fabric, trims, and accessories.
• Prepare daily production reports, order tracking sheets and MIS reports.
• Identify delays and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Monitor WIP, line loading and production efficiency.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
