Job summary

Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. in Zaheerabad, Telangana seeks a skilled PPC Engineer (Production Planning & Control) to manage production planning, material coordination, job scheduling, and timely execution of PEB fabrication orders.

You will prepare daily/weekly production plans, monitor fabrication activities (cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, painting), coordinate with design, purchase, stores, and dispatch, and track material availability and WIP to meet delivery targets.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of PPC experience in PEB or structural steel fabrication.
• Proven knowledge of PEB fabrication processes and production planning.
• Strong Excel and ERP / production planning software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on project schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Plan and monitor fabrication activities including cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, and painting.

Job Summary

Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled PPC Engineer (Production Planning & Control) to manage production planning, material coordination, job scheduling, and timely execution of PEB fabrication orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on project schedules and delivery deadlines.
• Plan and monitor fabrication activities, including cutting, drilling, welding, assembly, and painting.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, production, quality, and dispatch departments.
• Prepare material requirement plans and monitor material availability.
• Track production progress against planned targets and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain daily production reports, job cards, and MIS reports.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), production lead time, and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion and delivery.

Key Performance Indicators

• Max. scrap generation. (<=3) &Max. offcut generation. (<=3)
• Proper utilization of reusable offcuts.
• Target Material Yield: Minimum 95%.
• Reduce overall material wastage through optimized cutting plans.

Eligibility & Experience

• Experience: 3-6 years in PPC, preferably in the PEB or structural steel fabrication industry.
• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication processes and production planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and production planning software/ERP.
• Good coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
