Job summary

PPC Ads Marketing is seeking an in-office intern in Kolkata to support our paid media campaigns. The role focuses on keyword research, budget monitoring, and performance analysis to optimize results across Google Ads and Meta platforms.

You will set up conversion tracking with GTM/GA4, review metrics like CTR and ROAS, and resolve tracking issues. Duration is 6 months with a stipend of INR 18,000–24,000 per month.

• Knowledge of PPC campaign management and SEM.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
• Proficiency in generating reports from analytics data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality to identify improvement opportunities.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel.
• Investigate campaign issues, tracking discrepancies, and ad disapprovals, and coordinate their resolution.
