Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Power Systems.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in power system studies and protection engineering.
• Exposure to power system analysis software other than ETAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to quality, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to evaluate technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within teams.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in the power systems domain.

Responsibilities

• Perform and independently handle power system studies using ETAP, including Load Flow Analysis.
• Short Circuit Analysis
• Relay Coordination and Protection Studies
• Arc Flash Analysis
• Harmonic Analysis
• Develop protection philosophies, relay logic schemes, and relay setting parameters.
• Create, update, and validate power system models per project requirements.
• Participate in technical meetings and discussions with clients to understand project requirements and present study outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective project execution and delivery.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects through thorough reviews and a focus on minimizing rework.
• Represent the organization and the Power System team at industry conferences, technical seminars, workshops, and professional forums.
