Job summary

Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited in Pune seeks a Lead GOEM Operations & Deputy General Manager in Power Generation Corporate Department. You will strategically lead end-to-end development for Proto, Alpha 0, and Alpha 1 stages and drive lifecycle management across multiple functions.

You will oversee back-end operations, coordinate with PMO, AEPG, CRE, Plant, and QA, and steer manufacturing strategy for control panels along with product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and lifecycle management for Proto, Alpha 0, and Alpha 1 stages.
• Coordinate PMO, AEPG, CRE, Plant, and QA to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee manufacturing strategy for control panels and product improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of genset product lifecycles, QA, validation methodologies, and engineering processes.
• Exercise financial acumen with budgeting and cost-benefit analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders effectively.
• Apply strategic problem-solving and risk management across programs.
• Maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management across the organization.

Strategically lead the end-to-end development and lifecycle management for Proto, Alpha 0, and Alpha 1 stages.

Accountable for complete back-end operational excellence, driving high-level coordination across PMO, AEPG, CRE, Plant, and QA.

Oversee the manufacturing strategy for control panels and product improvement initiatives.

Advanced understanding of genset product lifecycles, QA, validation methodologies, and engineering processes.

Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost-benefit analysis).

Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Strategic problem-solving and risk management abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
